Implement information and communication platform to improve health examination performance and process
The health medicine center of China Medical University Hsinchu Hospital put service, precision and quality as our core value since 2019. After many discussions, our team concludes that the integrity, comfort and smoothness of the examination process can maximize the customer satisfaction and the core value of our center. Implement Information and communication platform to improve health examination performance and process, this system uses the application of LINE Beacon positioning technology to implement smart health examination. This system integrates LINE official account, LINE Beacon, indoor positioning, and health examination management process to create a new high-level intelligence health examination system. LINE Beacon was constructed to connect each devices as a core brain. A full range of service is carried out before, during, and after the health examination. Before the health exam: the system automatically sends personalized reminders to clients through LINE Platform; during the health exam: LINE official account enables clients to inquire about the checkup process and provides scheduling system to improve service efficiency and reduce client wait time; after the health exam: the system enables direct communication with clients through LINE CALL and LINE Chatbot to achieve full-service post examination care. The client can use LINE to perform services such as automatic notification of pre-examination precautions, automatic check-in between clinics, health examination process inquiry, and post-examination tracking. Through the automatic check-in and indoor positioning system in the clinic, the efficiency of the service process is greatly improved and the paperless service is achieved.
