High tech All-in-one Intelligent Sample Collection, better our lives
It has been more than 2 years (2019-2022) that the coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted both global medical and economic systems. Whether the policy was "lockdown" or "coexisting" were all aimed at preventing the severe shortage of the medical manpower. It is essential to give enough medical resources to those who really need severe treatment and retain the medical capacity of hospitals, especially emergency rooms. Reducing the risk of cross-infection, maintaining the health of medical staff, reducing the psychological pressure of medical staff, and serving patients well are the main reasons why the hospital wants to optimize the specimen sample collection process.
The coronavirus is an upper respiratory tract infection, which is transmitted to each other through droplets. The symptoms are very similar to those of the flu. They tend to be systemic, feel very tired, very painful, and can easily deteriorate into respiratory failure. In order to confirm the cause of infection, it is necessary to obtain a sample from the nasopharynx for examination. The entire process of collection and testing of COVID-19; from collection, sample delivery, and sample processing are all high-risk infection actions, and the processes for handling these high-risk are all medical staff and laboratory personnel. Through our SARS experience 17 years ago, we understand the importance of protecting healthcare workers. In order to reduce the exposure of medical staff to highly infectious diseases and avoid direct contact with potential patients, the collection and inspection process has been integrated, standardized and optimized.
