The "Child Development Joint Assessment Center" has a case manager who serves as a single point of contact for children in need of joint assessments. The center offers scheduled appointments for pediatric psychiatry, pediatric neurology, and rehabilitation services every Thursday morning. These assessments are specifically designed to evaluate the overall development of children under the age of six.

Appointment Booking Process

Attention!!! Starting from June 26th, appointment booking will be changed to online booking.

Booking for the next month will be available from the 25th of the current month (or the next working day if it falls on a holiday).

To reserve a slot for the next month, please use the online registration system. Once confirmed by the case manager, basic information and a form for parents to fill out will be sent via email. After the parents complete the form and return it, the registration process will be completed.

Joint Assessment Process
Step 1: Make an online appointment (click here)

Step 2: Come for the appointment on the scheduled date:

Step 3: Parents schedule assessment appointments with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other specialists as arranged by the case manager.

Step 4: Come for the assessment at the scheduled time.

Step 5: Wait for the case manager's contact and return for follow-up and review of the assessment report.

Step 6: Arrange treatment sessions.

Due to limited child assessment resources in Hsinchu County, our center strives to assist every child in receiving appropriate and comprehensive assessments. If you are unable to book a suitable appointment, we suggest contacting other medical institutions' Child Development Joint Assessment Centers. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
