The Teaching Department is dedicated to implementing medical education and nurturing healthcare talents and faculty members. We drive various teaching activities across the entire institution, following the guidelines set forth by the Medical Education Committee's policies. After becoming a regional teaching hospital in the year 109, our institution has crafted an intelligent and friendly hospital teaching environment, advancing the philosophy and attitude of holistic medical education. Clinical scenarios are used as teaching templates, refining training systems and simulated clinical consultation scenarios.

We have introduced a variety of teaching methodologies, such as blended learning, STEAM education, flipped classroom, and diverse teaching strategies. Through well-designed teaching methods, we enhance student engagement in learning activities, extending learning beyond physical spaces. Leveraging digital media resources and tools, we deepen the transfer of knowledge and encourage educators to reconsider the vital value of training. This approach fosters interactive learning between students and teachers, thus elevating learning outcomes.

Numerous faculty development workshops, emergency response training sessions, teaching enhancement projects, and selection processes have been organized. We have established clinical skill training rooms, utilizing simulated clinics and feedback-oriented teaching tools to refine the quality of education.
