Our department currently has 8 specialists, 20 radiographers, and 5 nurses. Headed by Vice Dean Juan Chun-Jung and Director Liu Chang-Hsien, the team is strong and comprehensive, providing various high-quality examination services in the clinic to achieve the primary goal of "safe examination, quick diagnosis".

Minimally Invasive Treatments

Dr. Liu Chang-Hsien, the head of our department, is leading his colleagues in actively developing various minimally invasive treatments. These include image-guided drainage procedures, hepatic tumor arterial embolization, radiofrequency ablation of tumors, endovascular embolization treatments, and emergency intra-arterial thrombectomy for ischemic stroke. Not only are these procedures less damaging and have shorter recovery times, but they also deliver highly significant treatment results. Dr. Liu personally performs the "hepatic tumor arterial embolization" and "radiofrequency ablation for liver cancer", which have benefited countless liver disease patients to date. Dr. Li Chiao-Hua has established the leading "emergency arterial thrombectomy for ischemic stroke" team in the greater Hsinchu area, seizing the golden hour for stroke rescue and reducing the sequelae of brain damage caused by stroke.

Our hospital is equipped with a "high-end panoramic gemstone spectral 8K-HD CT scanner," which can complete a cardiovascular scan within one heartbeat cycle with an ultra-low dose, producing accurate and clear diagnostic results. This aids in early diagnosis and prevention of acute myocardial infarction risks.

Coupled with a digital medical imaging transmission and storage system of medical center grade, we can provide professional medical diagnostic imaging in various formats depending on the patient's condition. In the near future, we will introduce the latest high-resolution 3.0T high-end MRI, offering the public even clearer and more diverse diagnostic value.
