Patient Medical Safety Guidelines
1.Confirm the department and attending physician you are going to visit.
2.Ensure that the doctor fully understands your chief complaint.
3.Feel free to provide feedback and suggestions to the hospital when you have any questions.
4.Ensure that the doctor provides necessary treatments, prescriptions, tests, and examinations based on your medical condition.
5.Ensure that the doctor, nursing staff, and healthcare professionals have provided the necessary medical information regarding your health issues and treatment methods.
6.Receive medical services without any doubts or concerns.
7.Ensure that the doctor fully understands your medication allergies, medications you are currently taking, and any special health conditions (such as pregnancy, which must be disclosed).
8.Ensure that the hospital pharmacy thoroughly verifies and explains your prescription.

ICU: 3rd floor of the Medical Building
Visiting hours: Morning 10:30-11:00 / Afternoon 14:00-14:30 / Evening 19:00-19:30
NICU: 5th floor of the Medical Building
Visiting hours: Morning 11:00-11:30 / Evening 19:00-19:30
