Family Medicine

Family Medicine Department offers 3C2A – Comprehensive, Continuing, Coordinated, Accessible, and Accountable medical services. Through the integration of comprehensive care and chronic disease management models, we have established integrated diabetes care clinics, benefiting over a thousand diabetic patients annually and receiving positive feedback.
The Family Medicine Department bears the responsibility of safeguarding public health by providing outpatient care for patients with chronic diseases. We offer integrated diabetes care clinics, clinics for managing hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and hyperglycemia, as well as conducting adult and elderly health screenings to identify potential health risks at an early stage. Recently, we have also launched smoking cessation clinics to provide comprehensive medical services. In addition to fulfilling the hospital's role in safeguarding public health, we actively engage in community outreach activities by organizing health seminars and educational programs to disseminate health knowledge among the public. Furthermore, we organize community-based integrated screenings to meet the healthcare needs of remote populations who are unable to visit hospitals in person, receiving widespread acclaim from the community.
