張恩碩醫師畢業於長庚大學醫學系，在林口長庚醫院接受內科專科及腎臟次專科訓練。張醫師視病猶親，能用淺顯易懂的方式說明病情，富有同理心的看診模式深受病人及家屬信任
2021年於林口長庚完成腎臟科的訓練，並順利通過腎臟專科醫師考試後，來到竹北這片新天地服務鄉親。在醫學中心的學習過程中，除了深厚的醫學知識和完整的臨床實戰，更從師長以及病人身上獲得寶貴的經驗：以病人為中心的思考模式，搭配上適當的醫療技術，才能提供病人最佳的治療。
